Patrick Point Stake Park

Mom and Lisi...it was a little cold and windy but worth it!

 Jared has had this last week off from work.  We decided to pack up and get away for a couple of days.  We headed up to Eureka and went to the Avenue of Giants hiking among the enormous redwood trees.  We also drove up north of Trinidad to Patrick Points State Park and went out to Wedding Rock.  We are so fortunate to live in California where so many beautiful sites are all around us.  It rained a lot while we were there but it cleared up enough that we were able to enjoy the great outdoors.  Thank goodness our hotel had an indoor heated pool.  Lindy would say that was her favorite part of the trip!
