At the Salt Lake Temple
We went to Utah to visit Jared's Dad and his wife Bev. We had such a fantastic visit. We spent one day at Temple Square. The kids were amazed at the size of the temple and enjoyed seeing it. We went to our first rodeo and we loved it. We also took the kids to the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point. They have a fabulous dinosaur exhibit. The boys and Lindy went fishing while the girls went shopping. Cameron caught his first fish which they ate for dinner the next night. He was so excited! We made it over to eat dinner at the much talked about Cafe Rio. It was very yummy and I just may have to try to duplicate the recipe if I can without putting on any weight. Bev was given a new title "the best cook in the World". She is a fabulous cook. We appreciate all she did to make our stay so nice.
Our time in Utah was so much fun and many fond memories were made. We had such a great time we talked Papa Dan into coming home with us! The kids are thrilled to have him here and so am I.
